Decided to /finally/ give Cladd a backstory, as well as a personality. I’m really happy with the way this turned out.

Day 04 - Your favourite zone?

My favorite zone is Timberline Falls. It’s simply one of the most beautiful maps in the game (though this screenshot doesn’t do it justice). All of the shiverpeaks are good looking, but this one just takes the cake. You get the nice snowy area, while still getting the green forests and whatnot. Ahhh.

I’ve decided that I’m going to start taking pics of Cladd next to skeletons.

If you know of any skeletons please let me know.

Mike: Dude I don’t know why you hate this dungeon. There are bones everywhere.
Me: Oh my god… you’re right.

Day 03 - A Class you are awful at playing?

Ranger. It’s not that I don’t like the mechanics or the weapons or anything, because that’s completely wrong. Rangers are typically my favorite kind of class to play. The problem I have with Rangers is that I’m already bad enough at keeping my own healthbar under check, that I really don’t need another to worry about.

The fact that I /have/ to micro-manage a pet is what makes it tough. I’m getting a bit better at it, though, and I’m starting to like the class more and more.

Day 02 - The biggest jerk you’ve dealt with (in game)?

Now I really really don’t want to make sweeping generalizations but I’m going to anyway. Besides, I’ve not really encountered any specific players that have been a jerk. Everyone is pretty nice for the most part.

However, this server is full of the most bitter, unhelpful, and angry players I have ever had to put up with. It’s almost as bad as playing League of Legends. I played on this server probably three or four different times, and each time was an increasingly unpleasant experience.

God forbid you so much as ask a question. The entirety of Lion’s Arch jumps down your throat. Asking if there’s a mesmer at the JP? Prepare to get told off.

Now I’m sure that there are some very nice players here, but you were probably scared and hiding from the monstrosity that is FA. At least I’ve had the satisfaction of rolling them in WvW for the past few months.

THE HERALDRY CHARR

Day 01 - Your First Character.

My first character was this little nerd. Cladd. I’ve been to hell and back on this guy. 100% world completion, halloween jumping puzzle, all sorts of horrible horrible dungeon runs, etc. He’s still not geared with exotics, and to be honest I’m not sure he ever will be. He’s just far too boring to play (thief) unless I’m scouting in WvW or something.

Character-wise, he’s a charming little bastard with a penchant for stealing anything that he can carry. I’ve had him in quite a few hilarious RP scenarios, though sadly he’s never engaged in any serious RP.

But I don’t want to abandon him! He’s my little man. I’ve worked really hard with him. Even if he’s boring and crappy, he’ll live on my account forever.
